What is your shipping policy?

While majority of our items listed are ready to ship, there are many that are made to order due to limited quantities. Please allow 3-5 business days for your order to ship. An email shipping confirmation will be sent once your order has been prepared. All orders are shipped via USPS first class mail with tracking. Priority shipping options are available during checkout. Free shipping offers are only valid in the US with regular first class mail shipping. 

What is the best way to care for my new jewelry?

To keep your jewelry looking new & fresh, try to keep avoid exposure to any type of liquid (beauty products, household cleaners, sweat, etc) and store in a dry place. Some pieces, like raw brass, may tarnish over time. The best way to get these back to a brighter/lighter gold tone is either polish with steel wool or Sunshine polishing cloths (can be purchased at places like Amazon). 

What if I break or damage my piece of jewelry? 

Due to the delicate nature of jewelry, unfortunately, sometimes it can break of become damaged from unintended abuse. If a piece of Chastina Designs jewelry happens to become damaged please contact us right away. In many instances we should be able to fix or send a replacement (please note that some pieces are made in very limited quantities and cannot be replicated). 

How do I order wholesale?
